  Dr Scinto is a great Doctor but I'm forced to leave his care due to caremount medical. I was having a severe allergic reaction and couldn't get anyone on the phone I went through the prompts and was left on hold for 15mins. As the reaction worsened I had to hang up and get an emergency and immediate walk in to my primary care physician if I couldn't get the immediate appointment I was off to the ER as my eyes began to swell shut. I left the primary I figured I better let my allergist (Dr Scinto) know I called back and AGAIN promts and then horrible music for 33 mins. I hung up and then hit the prompt for a referral and finally got a real person. Due to the reaction I'm now on cortisone and benedryl and home from work but I've luckily survived the horrible experience (or lack there of) with Caremount Medical. As many of us know anaphylactic can be deadly. Caremount Medical seemed to forget that!!!
