    I guess you have to take the bad along with the good. We have had our Ridgeline serviced here regularly during the past 4 years. They have always been courteous, helpful and fair.
    The truck was in 4 weeks ago and extensive testing and diagnostics were done. Repairs made to the tune of $800 . 2 weeks ago it was back in and more test showed a warped head which should and could have been caught the first trip.It is now 2 weeks later and I am still without my truck. No offer of a loaner. The man we have as our go between service advisor is Steve. He is awful. Not helpful. Forgets to call with updates. And doesn't call back until the second or 3rd call.
    The service manager Jim has been helpful,attentive and responsive.
    Very very. Very disappointed .
